    If you live in Alberta or nearby, and are planning to buy a new car, I’d recommend that you go to Norden Autohaus. I bought two cars from this dealership last year – it was my second car and my wife’s first, and the customer service was awesome.

    They treated us like family, no hidden fees, no sales pressure. Furthermore, they gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in. I had checked quite a few places before coming to Norden, and this was by far the best and honest quote I received.

    I found the dealership to be very friendly and I have recommended them to everyone. For my next car purchase, I’d first go to Norden. Thanks guys.

    I was extremely impressed with the service at Norden Autohaus. I drove down to this dealership on the recommendation of a friend to take advantage of the deal they offered on a pre-owned Volkswagen GTI, and I couldn’t be happier with what I got!

    When I took a closer look at the car, I noticed some minor damages on the body that was not disclosed by the dealer. Within 15 mins, I finished talking to Darryle, the sales representative and he offered to repair the damages without any additional cost.

    When I noticed that the manual was in a different language, I immediately contacted Darryle and he ordered me a brand new manual that was shipped to my home address so that I don’t have to make another trip to the dealership which is at a considerable distance from my home.

    I am impressed with their level of customer service and I’d consider buying all my future vehicles from here.
