    I came to this dealership to get a used GMC truck after checking their website and had an exceptional experience so I thought about reviewing them and letting people know about it. As we walked in, we were greeted by a Sandy who was very friendly and eager to answer our questions. We walked around, looking at the vehicles, and she never pressurized us for sales. My wife and I were pleased and felt very comfortable because of the relaxed approach.

    Sandy answered all our questions politely and then left us alone to ponder over, until we needed help. I highly recommend Eagle Ridge for their great customer service and incredible price. Well done guys. We’ll come back again when we need a new car.

    I came here with my son to look for a used SUV or truck and we had a very positive experience with our salesperson Adam. Though I have this habit of tuning out sales guys, Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He was actually concerned about getting us a good deal and he showed us real good vehicles. We finally narrowed down to a Jeep and an Explorer, and though we liked the Explorer, Adam recommended that we buy the Jeep and he was right!

    The financing part was also very easy. The lady in the loan department was friendly and very quick, so once the price was negotiated the rest went off very smoothly.

    We left really happy with our purchase and I’d definitely come here again when I need a new vehicle. Thanks Adam!
